With the progressive establishment in the XIX-th century of the silk trade of Lyons, the farmers-weavers become silk workers working for the big factories of Lyon.
Homeworkers and workers in factory, they contribute then to the up-market blooming of the silk trade.

Opening : Every day from 15 o'clock till 19 o'clock (except Tuesday). Last visit at 18 o'clock. Visits of groups all year on meeting. Access andicapés by the Impasse Branly.
